What's Paper Craft ?2013.06.20

In Europe when I see some works of theirs, I'm always surprised to see them using glue, pigment and anything freely on dry paper. But here artisans try to make one without using glue but pigment only to dye paper materials. So to me, it was not the right way to usu pigment or glue after you make paper.

It's a big difference.

But for normal people it doesn't matter if you use glue on paper or not but they just care if works look good or not. They don't care about which process you take. There should be no rule to make paper works....

So I'm in between now. Should I color materials ( photo 1 ) before I dry ?  Or add colors on plain paper after it's dry ( photo 2 ) ?

My friends would say I think too much. But I want to think.
