My house doesn't have a good facility for `sewage disposal ` .... strange English ?? water system underground..... ?

Anyways, I hesitate to flush colored water from the pipes. And I did find a way to make paper and color materials.

Do you understand my English ?

What I want to say, I always happen to make an ideal color, and I love this blue...
