I was complaining about the weather for not allowing me to make paper outside at my house. ` Well, you can tell why I cannot make paper these days ( Of course as a job, I make paper at a studio in the village ! But not for my own creative work .... ) ` I kept telling this to people.

Then suddenly the weather turned out to be very sunny, which is really rare for this winter season in Fukui.
