Echizen Washi

 I Love this dish; radish and baked `fried tofu `, or A-Ge, with soy sauce. 

I have meat only when people serve me, and most of the time I don't eat and buy meat. My food is always very simple. But it's supported by Fukui's delicious food, of course !

A-ge in Fukui must be the best one in Japan ! Very delicous and the quantity for the consumption in Fukui is the best in Japan !

You have to try various kind of A-ge in Fukui when you come. Thin one, middle one, and thick one. .... many kinds.

I took this photo because I thought the fresh green color from radish is for coming spring ! Beautiful color and I'm looking forward to seeing it.
