It's my friend's birthday today. She became sixty ! Happy aniversary for Japanese people.
I baked my cake for her and people at Udatsu Museum. They love my simple cake , and I make it all the time, but every time I make I find new things.
Today I cared for how to bake, not how to mix.
And it was very successful ! I am soooooo happy.
Simple is rather difficult sometimes.
