Echizen Washi

I didn't bring my lunch box the other day at Udatsu Museum, so I called Ms.Uejima for her ramen, Japanese noodles. I don't like noodles very much and I prefer soba for myself. But with my paper collegues, I often have some opportunities for ramen.

What suprises me most is that they sometimes order ` Ramen Rice ` !!!!!!!!!!! Ramen , noodles, with white rice...... Hard to believe. They are all carbonhydrate ! I would need more vegetables....  Anyways, I have ramen once a month, or less than that, and with Japanese people I enjoy making noise having noodles, but with Westerners I always find myself hesitate to make noise. Very funny that I do hesitate .... ! I have to be more brave to attract their attention.....
