This is how we eat; dip them in vinegar, or you can add soy sauce too. But I didn't have vinegar, so I used balsamico ( spell ? ). It was a bit too sweet, though.
Then have sake in the shell ( ? ). Heat it before drinking. This is one of my friends taught me how to enjoy it.... ! Fukui has various kinds of tasty Japanese sake, and I had ` BON ` my friend brought for me a while ago.
I usually don't drink very much, but having just one you can feel very happy......
