Echizen Washi

Its season has started ! Echizen Crab is very famous for its delicous taste and my friends who live in out of Fukui often feel envy saying, ` It's good for you that you can have the crabs with reasonable price ! `

Well, it's not true. .... It IS expensive, but what we usually enjoy eating is female crab which you can easily purchase at a store here. Maybe this is good for us !

Some foreigners migh ask me ` Don't you feel afraid of the radio active effection from Fukushima ?? ` All I have to remember is to say thank you to the universe for feeding me food. If you worry too much, you cannot be healthy, I think. Am I too optimistic ??

Yesterday a friend gave me one and it was my ` Hatsu-mono`, or first time this year, and I was so excited !! At a same time I got fresh turnish ! YEY.
