Echizen Washi

Near here there is a restaurant called ` Iida ` . This year it's the restaurant's tenth year anniversary !

This time it was my third time to enjoy dinner there after I had one seven years ago. They don't advertise themselves but the costomers keep telling people or friends how much the food Iida serves is great, so now it has a very good reputation as the best Japanese restaurant in Fukui prefecture ( whose population is about 800,000 people ).

I do very much recommend you to sit at the counter table to see how the chef prepare the beautiful and tasty meals. The course fee is 5,000JPY ~ , which should be very reasonable comparing to the cities.
