Echizen Washi has both handmade and machinemade paper. Its production quantity for the handmade is NO. 1 in Japan. But today it's about the machinemade. At Udatsu was used cloth for papermaking by machine and I happened to think of using part of it for my caligraphy use ( do you understand my English ? ).

I need the bigger one to do caligraphy and painting. Using old things related to papermaking in Echizen could be very helpful for my creativity !
