One Problem from Ginkgo Board2014.04.02

The wooden board to dry washi must be made from ginkgo tree because it has so smooth surface to be reflected on washi itself.

But one problem is the board is composed of about three board and they connect them using lacquer. So this part sometimes appears on a sheet of paper if the paper is too thin like gampi paper.

There is another way to dry paper; using normal dryers made from iron. But it is also not easy if the paper is too thin.

So the last option should be using zinc board. Paper is dry kept between the two zinc board..

..........I'm sure you don't understand my strange English !........
