This work is for a show at the Japanese Consular Office in NY.... which will be held from October 1st - 22nd. The show is mainly for photographs printed on Echizen Washi.
The curator of Paper and Culture Museum here knew that I was visiting NY this October anyway, so she asked me to make one as one of the paper works which could be decorated at the entrance.
I love sumi ink.... and added my stamp which is a style for Chinese ink art.
( the size in the end : about 205 cm x 51 cm because trim a little more the artificial edges. )
