Mr.Ichibei Iwano, the ninth generation, does this papermaking one or two days a week. The rest of the weekday he prepares the materials; cooking, checking etc.
When I visited him, it was three o'clock in the afternoon. Those wet papers were from 6:30 am on the same day... He said it's not easy to make paper.
