Echizen Washi

I had been painting ten pictures plus one front page for a story which my sister wrote...... Now I feel at ease that I could made it to turn in my works for a competition...

My sister writes stories and essays, so this time for our first time we colaborated to make a picture story show. The story is about a man or a boy working in Echizen Washi Village as a papermaking artisan. I was amased that she understands very well about my daily work ! 

I used Echizen Washi for my color painting. It's always enjoyable to choose which Echizen Washi paper that I should use. But this time, I used M-O Paper which is good for coloring. I wanted to update the paintings in this website, but my sister says, who is very serious in doing matters, I should wait until the result comes out.
