The lady, called ` Hana-chan`, is checking cooked kozo.
She didn't want me to take her photo because she wore gloves especially for today's order.
The customer wants less-white kozo paper. So we didn't wash the material several times as usual, so, soda ash, which is used when you cook kozo, is still with the material and would damage Hana-chan's hands.
So, that is why she wears the gloves only this time.
