I told the chef that I quit the job at the papermaking studio. Maybe he was the very first one who got really surprised to hear that. I often took my visitors or friends from abroad here and enjoyed his meals a lot. He said he does things because he wants to do and he is very content to his life. Both of us are in our forties and he encourages me a lot. My path will continue but it is just that I changed the place just as he has changed his places until he got his own restaurant.
