Udo on the first photo is very precious. You can spell ` spring` especially from its bottom. When we harvest wild vegetables, we shouldn't harvest everything and we have to leave roots so that they will grow next year again. Season is very interesting. Plants know when to grow...
The other one is Zen-mai. When April starts, I see people have already harvested it, cooked it and drying them outside of their house. It's usually a scecret whey they got them...!
