People here make very delicious pickled vegetables.
I met Tami-chan, who makes paper at her parents', when I was going back home from my papermaking job. She gave me two of this very nice daikon !!!!!!
I love them and I couldn't help tasting it as soon as I was given. Well, it's not a good manner at all, but I was having daikon walking back home.
She makes vegetables for herself, and she will teach me later how to make it.
