We were visiting a Living National Treasure, Ichibei Iwano. His wife was saying to me, " Take those pimentos, or green peppers, back home that I made. They are so delicious. You can cook ........ brabrabra ".
I cooked as she taught me, and they were super delicious !!! using soy sauce, sugar, sake and dried bonito.
