I want to buy this land to build my own studio and a guest house. I don't have enough money at the moment, but I'm sure it is not the matter of finance for me but of my future management; Can I do this all by myself ? What if people don't come ? What if .... ??? ...... well, people here don't want to leave their land to someone outside of their families, so first of all I must have a good talk with the land owner, which will not be easy.
But I keep saying I want this land.
