With bitter taste green tea using my heavy cup given by my grandmother....
It was made by my co-worker who is 75 years old. I once helped her making this rice cake (?) with red beans, but when I got her house at 5:30AM the job was almost over.
They say the more you get older the more you'd like Japanese food or sweets. Well, here in the village, even children seem to love very traditional Japanese dishes. Maybe they the real taste made by their grandmothers.
