I didn't have time to have my hair cut before the speech in Osaka, so I did for myself. I remember someone, who was a female Japanese , once said to me staring at me, ` Well, Westerners love that style. ` ..... This comment surprised me some how, of course !
This is actually the easiest way to cut as you may guess.
