Typical Lunch for Japanese ( 3 )2013.11.04

The scecret for a rice ball is a pickled plum, ume-boshi. My mother also makes ume-boshi every summer and I love hers. I don't take any medicine, but this ! Every time I feel sick I take one with green tea. That helps me a lot.

Maybe I sound very strange to you ! I usually take them with me on a trip, so did I this time, but I didn't take none of them. Green tea also has the same result; I enjoyed Chinese green tea in China, but I didn't enjoy it in Japan after I brought them back. Then I stopped buying Chinese tea in China for drinking in Japan.

Well, I am gradually landing on this Japanese culture back again after traveling in US. It's a strange feeling;  glad that I will not miss my time in US but partly sad not to miss it. ....... I should read a book.
