Did you see the full moon last night ? It was a special moon in the Chinese calender once a year. Fortunately the weather was perfect almost everywhere in Japan, and I'm sure people enjoyed watching it. Me, I tried writing letters only under the moon light ! It was really exciting....
Kiyoko-san, my neighbor, has been drying plums outside. Usually people dry them in summer, but she missed good weather this year in summer, so now she is doing this.
