Echizen Washi

Some people in the village visit this place to get water to drink at home. It's a natural water from the mountain and it includes certain nutrition for your health which you can read on the board standing next to the fountain.

I've been drinking this for a few years since I felt some strange taste from the tap water. Maybe I'm too sensitive to water, but as far as I have time to get that water I just go and get it.  It's really delicious....., I think.

Drinking certain water reminds me of a religion, but it's not like that. No one would force you to drink nor would try to scare you if you don't drink it ( Still I'm afraid it may sound like religious idea ! ). Well, there is a buddha statue called ` O-Fudo-san `.... I make a prayer before having water to say thank you for the universe...

Anyway, many people come here, so you'd have to wait in the que sometimes !
