Winter Festival in Katsuyama City ( 1 )2013.02.24
The festival started about 300 years ago. I often heard about this festival but never been there before. So today I went to see how children dance with a unique music.
Each area in Japan has this kind of festival after spending new years, but the one in Katsuyama is well known for its huge scale of the event; dancing and burning at night to avoid bad luck. It lasts for two days.
