One of my resolutions for this year is to enjoy Japanese sake !!!
In our history, artists or writers enjoyed sake a lot when they created their works. So learning from their style, I always want to know how much I can enjoy it with my works ! ( sounds strange to you, maybe ! )
And my neighbor recently told me her favorite way to taste sake lees. She bakes the sheet and puts black sugar or cheese on it. You can't imagine how delicious it is just as I couldn't but tried only because of my strange resolutions.
