Echizen Washi

I heard men send flowers to their partners. As you know well (?), Japan has a very different style; women send chocolates to their male friends as a confession or boy friends. But recently it has another event-like meanings that Valentine's Day is a day to exchange sweets with anyone you want to thank. ( do you understand my english ??)

Kids, especially girls, send their friends or classmates ! Tons of presents ! wow I'm worrying....

One of my students also gave me her handmade sweets ( photo ) !  Pretty rappings ! I enjoyed the taste a lot more than the normal sweets.....

not perfect but somehow very good.
