It's been open since Feb 4th until March 4th.
You can have special buckwheat noodle, soba, for lunch ( 11:00 - 14:00 ). It only costs 500yen ( 5 euro ) for one plate with two rice balls and a small vegetable dish.
It's close on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Soba here is very good, for my American and Italian friends love soba in this area after having experienced different one in Kyoto or Tokyo. They said it's like a pasta taste !
