Fusae-san, 83, is checking the good one and the bad; the former will go pickled, the latter go cooked. We harvested them one afternoon in September. Every fall, I always feel like eating them, which is very strange because I don't even think about Myo-Ga in other seasons.... This is when I feel I am an animal.
