When I was walking down a street on my way home after papermaking this morning, Tami-chan, another paper maker, called to me and gave her handmade dish !
This is very special food from this area and only recently I started enjoying the taste. It's very saulty and smells very fishy. The one she just gave me is fresh enough to eat it as is. ... raw... !
It could be one of the Japanese strange dish second to `natto`, or fermented soybeans.
