Buddha's Anniversery2011.03.17
March 14th is a date when Buddha passed away. Every year at two temples in this village there is an event scattering sticky rice ball made by parishioners inside of temples. The balls imply Buddha's bone and you can keep the ball for your good fortune this year.
I missed the event this time, but monk's wife kept them for me. I appreciate it a lot.
