This is one of the traditional Japanese sweets for summer made only from ice and syrup.
I didn't like one very much when I was a child, but this one is special!!! and has been loved by local people for long years.
The shop opens at 8:00am but soon it's ALL sold out.
The tip for its popularity should be in its handmade taste and good water.
