It was raining, so I thought they would cancel the schedule. But they didn't!
The women cleaned Okamoto Otaki Shrine whereas the men to the mountains to cut the bush neatly.
This is how they keep the area clean. It's not easy... but they work hard for Echizen Village.
After cleaning each group had a small party ( see the second pic ).
