A woman who is 84 years old one told me that people in this modern era always try to do some exercise and take some sapliments for their health but that it's just usuless. She said we can only have to do housework very well to keep our health such as preparing food well.
Usually preparing traditional food takes a lot of time, but they are very healthy. And also you need a physical exercise well enought to get your body fit.
This is miso paste with beans and vegetables. It goes well with rice !
